Our Vi Tools Floor Primer Rollers are made from high-density polyester engineered to yield a quality finish with controlled release for multiple applications.

A budget-friendly paint roller perfect for the application of liquid-applied damp-proof membranes and floor primers before applying a resin coating, these rollers are also a popular choice for applying masonry, emulsions, and all other water-based paints onto semi-rough interior or exterior surfaces.

Vi Tools Polyester rollers come in a range of sizes, from 9” to 18”. The 9” rollers are predominately used in the decorating sector, often paired with a 9” cage frame for tasks involving interior walls and some floors. Our larger 12”, 15”, and 18” rollers find favour in the flooring industry, commonly utilised alongside our Vi Tools Double Arm Frames for expansive areas. These rollers and frames are easily useable with our Vi Tools extension poles for enhanced reach and efficiency.

Thermo Fused: These Polyester Floor Priming Rollers are thermo-fused whereby the fibres are heat-bonded onto the roller core, creating a durable and long-lasting bond resulting in a roller that can pick up and release paint evenly with great paint absorption and release. This produces a smooth and consistent finish on both smooth and rough surfaces

Pile: These polyester rollers are available in both medium and long piles,  Medium pile rollers retain a greater amount of paint or coating compared to short pile rollers, while long pile rollers boast even higher paint capacity and are particularly suitable for heavily textured and rough interior and exterior floors and walls.
