Suitable for the application of resin floor coatings including FeRFA types 1-3, it is the ideal roller for laying high-build epoxy coatings and other resins such as polyurethane (PU) and MMA.
Also suitable for liquid coatings including latex, oil-based and water-based paints.

Our 12mm medium pile Blue Stripe Resin Roller sleeves are made from solvent-resistant nylon material, making it a popular roller for laying resin floor coatings. They can also be used with various paints and finishes, including latex, oil-based, Solvent-based, and water-based paints.
A popular choice within the resin floor and liquid coating industries, the Blue Stripe Nylon Resin Roller is the ideal roller for laying high-build epoxy coatings and other resins such as polyurethane (PU). They are suitable for the application of floor coatings including FeRFA types 1-3, and can be used for spreading and back rolling and can also be used with a primer or a finishing seal coat, however a more cost-effective roller to lay primer would be our Polyester Primer and Liquid DPM roller.
Thermo Fused: The Vi Tools Resin Roller sleeve is thermo- fused whereby the nylon fibres are heat-bonded onto the roller core, creating a durable and long-lasting bond resulting in a roller that can pick up and release paint evenly. This produces a smooth and consistent finish on both smooth and rough surfaces, making them a favourite with resin floor layers, DIY enthusiasts and professional painters due to their durability, ease of use, and effectiveness.
Solvent Resistant : The Solvent-resistant material minimises the disintegration of the roller whilst being used with solvents such as resin, which limits the release of particles or fibres into the newly laid coating. Contamination can ruin the finish causing imperfections and blemishes.
Our Nylon Blue Stripe Rollers are available in various sizes from 4” to 24” and all have a 12mm medium pile.
4” Mini Nylon Blue Stripe Rollers : Also known as rad roller sleeves, these mini rollers are ideal for the harder-to-reach areas. They are popular product for removing brush marks and are perfect for use in smaller areas or areas needing more detail, such as line marking or balcony systems.
The 4” Mini Rad Roller is also available in a Jumbo version, which has a slightly larger pile height. This means they can hold more paint or cover more surface area with each application, both can be used with our Vi Tools Short or Long-arm Spindle Frames.
9” and 10” Nylon Resin rollers : More commonly used within the decorating industry and for smaller surface areas. They can be used with the Vi Tools 9” cage frame and 10” spindle frame and a popular choice for DIY enthusiasts when painting garage floors.
12”, 15”, 18” and 24” Nylon Blue Stripe Rollers : A popular choice with contractors when laying resin flooring and other liquid-applied coatings. They can be used with our Vi Tools Double Arm Frames and Vi Tools extension poles when used with or without a plastic paint scuttle.
