Our Vi Tools 17” Double-Faced Silicone Carbide Sanding Discs with abrasive coating on both sides allow for extended sanding life compared to single-sided discs. 

Highly durable sanding discs for use on rotary floor sanding and preparation machines such as STR sanding machines. 

These double-faced silicon carbide discs are essential for preparing floor substrates prior to applying any resin flooring, Which ensures optimal adhesion and a flawless finish for the resin application.

These discs can be used for sanding and smoothing various surfaces including concrete, screed, resins, flooring surfaces and wood.

Available in a range of grits – P36, P60, P80 and P120. 

Grit is typically measured using a numerical scale. Lower grit numbers represent coarser abrasives with larger particles, while higher grit numbers indicate finer abrasives with smaller particles.

Commonly employed in tasks such as floor preparation, refinishing, and maintenance they are ideal for projects that require aggressive material removal and consistent surface finishing.
