The Vi Tools Diamond Grinding Cup Wheel are essential tools for floor preparation.
Our general-purpose diamond grinding discs will aid in the removal of uneven concrete and other coatings prior to the application of resin or other floor coatings.
The Turbo disc produces a finer surface finish compared to standard segmented discs.
Available in 2 sizes and fit onto most popular handheld grinders.
Inadequate surface preparation can result in coating application failure.
Sizes: Vi Tools turbo-grinding wheels are available in 2 sizes:
5”/125mm to fit 4.5” to 5” Grinders
7” / 178mm to fit 7” to 9” Grinders
Bore: Both our 5” and 7” Turbo Diamond Discs have a 22.2mm bore allowing the discs to comfortably fit onto most popular handheld grinders.
Bond & Grit : Medium Bond for medium concrete hardness with 60G
Segments: These Vi Tools diamond wheel turbo pattern 60 grit silver brazed segments allow for faster more aggressive grinding.
5” Disc has 14 segments at 5mm x 8mm
7” Disc has 22 segments at 8mm x 8mm
Application: Grinding of concrete or stone
