A self-adhesive copper conductive tape used to ground decorative and protective electrostatic conductive flooring systems.

Mainly used in flooring for industries such as automotive, electronics, pharmaceutical manufacturing, storage facilities and warehouses when installing an anti-static floor system and includes EMI/RFI Shielding, electrical grounding, static charge draining & electrical cabinet shielding.

Size Properties: supplied as 12mm wide x 30m roll, with a base thickness of 0.050mm and total thickness of 0.080mm.

Material: Soft copper foil which is completely moisture resistant and supplied on a silicone paper interliner.

Soldering: A self-wound Copper foil tape that can be soldered, making it ideal for simple grounding applications. The layers of tin protect the copper foil from corrosion and improve its solderability.

Adhesion: Single faced synthetic resin thermosetting polyacrylate adhesive with adhesive strength of 4.5 N/cm and Tensile Strength of 85 N/cm

Temperature and Curing: recommended curing cycle of 1 hour at 150°C/302°F or 2 hours at 130°C/266°C
